Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Traveling Speech-Language Pathologist in Creve Coeur, MO. You will deliver in-home therapy focused on communication and swallowing disorders, with flexible travel within a 40–80 mile radius.

The role requires a CFY and ASHA CCC, a current state license, and BLS. Expect 8-hour shifts (08:00–16:30), weekend coverage as needed, and EPIC charting. Housing support is provided for travelers.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CFY completed and CCC from ASHA.
• Active State License is Required to Start.
• BLS Certification may be required.
• 1 year of home health experience required.
• 8-hour shifts 08:00 to 16:30; weekends as needed; no on-call.
• Travel within 40–80 miles; float within scope to other teams.
• Productivity expectation of 6 visits per day.
• Charting system: EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services in home health settings.
• Assess, diagnose and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient plans.
• Document progress and outcomes in the EPIC charting system.
