Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
• School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• A passion for supporting students’ communication development

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and treatment for a caseload of 45-50 students
• Deliver high-quality therapy sessions on-site (no remote/hybrid options)
• Document progress and create individualized plans for each student
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to optimize outcomes
• Foster a supportive, engaging learning environment
