Qualifications

• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist/SLP or in process for licensure.
• At least one year of professional working experience.
• Must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care for speech therapy goals.
• Set realistic goals for communication and swallowing to meet educational, vocational and social roles.
