Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 20-week travel assignment in Midland, Texas. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, delivering comprehensive therapy in diverse settings. Qualifications

• Valid SLP license (Texas)
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology (preferred)
• CCC-SLP credential enhances candidacy

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and treat speech, language and swallowing disorders across ages.
• Design personalized therapy plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document in EMR.
• Educate patients, families and caregivers on communication strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
