Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a travel-focused assignment in eastern Connecticut for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position serves a diverse K–12 caseload across district schools near Willimantic, CT, with non-taxable stipends, travel support, and comprehensive benefits.

You will gain broad experience across multiple school settings, engage in IEP processes, collaborate with educators and families, and deliver tailored therapy.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license for Connecticut & ASHA CCC
• Experience with school-based SLP and K-12 student populations preferred
• Understanding of IEP process and best practices for therapeutic interventions
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for traveling assignments

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language services to K-12 students in multiple district schools
• Participate in IEP meetings, student assessments, and progress documentation
• Tailor therapy plans to meet individualized education goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff district-wide
• Uphold compliance with state and federal education requirements
