The Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) will collaborate with other disciplines to evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders, developing individualized treatment plans and documenting progress for interdisciplinary care teams.
Responsibilities
- Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, care plans, and interdisciplinary interactions.
- Evaluate clients and develop a treatment plan that will meet their needs.
- SLP observe and reassess client progress and prepare detailed reports accordingly
- Initiate diagnostic, preventive, and rehabilitative procedures as appropriate to the patient's care and safety
