Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as required for SLPs.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in school-aged children.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
• Document evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports in keeping with school and state guidelines.
• Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and processes.
