Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Speech-Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Lititz, Pennsylvania. This role requires 40 hours per week, typically 8-hour days, and travel across facilities to support SNF patients.

The ideal candidate holds a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, completed CFY with ASHA CCC, and current PA licensure, with BLS possibly required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completion of CFY and ASHA CCC certification is required.
• Active state licensure needed to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required by the client.
• Pennsylvania licensure is required to practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services for SNF patients in travel assignment.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to plan care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Travel to Lititz, PA, and adapt to facility protocols.
