Host Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a travel assignment in Phoenix, Arizona. This role provides 40 hours per week with 8-hour day shifts, starting 08/23/2026 and lasting 13 weeks.

You will deliver clinical services to diverse patient populations, adapting treatment plans and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This travel position includes premium benefits and support throughout the assignment.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for SLP licensure in the state of Arizona.
• Experience providing speech-language pathology services in diverse clinical settings is preferred.
• Ability to work in a travel assignment with adaptability and good communication.

Responsibilities
