Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in Monroe, North Carolina. This 13‑week assignment requires 40 hours per week with a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekend rotation, and occasional floating between patients.

Candidates must hold a Master’s in SLP, CFY with CCC‑SLP, an active state license, and may need BLS. Homecare Homebase EMR experience is preferred, with travel housing and benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completed CFY and CCC-SLP certification.
• Active state license to practice is required to start.
• Basic life support certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health speech-language pathology services to patients.
• Assist patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
• Travel to assigned service locations and adhere to shift schedules.

Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Homecare Homebase EMR experience is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• At least 3 months of home health experience is required. Internship experience will be accepted.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and vehicle are required.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800 - 1700.
• Shift days: Monday - Friday.
• No weekend rotation.
• No on-call requirement.
• Floating is required as part of this home health position.
