Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy to adult home health patients.
• Travel to patient homes in Albemarle and surrounding counties.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 6 visits per day (30+ visit equivalents per week).
• Document patient progress and communicate with a multidisciplinary team.
