Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Gearhart, OR. The role offers 40 hours weekly, a dayshift schedule, and the chance to impact patients in a travel setting.

The ideal candidate holds an active SLP license, CCC-SLP status, and BLS. Master’s degree required or higher; travel experience welcomed. Benefits and ongoing clinical support provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• CCC-SLP certification preferred; licensure required to practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and measure progress.
• Document patient care in the EMR with accuracy and timeliness.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies and home programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and discharge planning.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards throughout therapy sessions.
