Job description

Position: Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for school-based therapy in a supportive school district.

• Responsibilities: Conduct speech-language evaluations, develop IEP goals, provide direct therapy (individual and group), collaborate with educators and families, support AAC implementation, and maintain compliance documentation.
• Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field, active license in Pennsylvania, school-based experience preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong assessment and therapy skills across speech, language, articulation, voice, fluency, and pragmatic communication, plus collaboration and documentation abilities.
• Work Details: In-person, 38 hours per week, serving K-5 students with approximately 50 caseload, involving therapy, assessments, and IEP participation.
