Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a traveling Speech-Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Fargo, ND. The SLP will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages, working with a clinical team to deliver evidence-based care.

Responsibilities include developing tailored therapy plans, tracking progress, and educating patients and families. Travel role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (preferred).
• Current CCC-SLP certification (preferred).
• New grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluations and goals.
• Document progress and maintain EMR records.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
