Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Carbondale, CO. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in diverse patients, delivering tailored therapy under supervision of a clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply if qualified.
• Licensure and state regulations must be met.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages.
• Design personalized therapy plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Maintain documentation in EMR and monitor progress.
• Educate patients and families on therapy strategies and home activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
