Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Ada, Oklahoma. This role offers 40 hours per week in a dynamic clinical setting with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

The SLP will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders, maintain documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and treat speech, language and swallowing disorders across populations.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluations.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
