Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Ada, Oklahoma. This role involves a 40-hour workweek with daytime shifts and opportunities to impact patient care across diverse settings.

The SLP must hold a valid state license, current BLS, and is ideally CCC-SLP; new grads are welcome. Travel benefits, competitive pay, and a supportive clinical team are provided.

Qualifications

• Required: Valid SLP license per state regulations.
• Required: Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages.
• Design personalized therapy plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and progress notes.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards in the treatment environment.
