Qualifications

• Valid SLP license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or higher.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Experience in speech-language pathology; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluations and goals.
• Document progress and maintain EMR records.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain infection control and safety in clinical settings.
• Engage in professional development and quality assurance.
