• Inpatient and outpatient general rural practice.
• General practice with wide variety of patient ages, and diagnoses. Mostly outpatient, occasional inpatient.
• Equipment utilized in the unit/dept: Epic documentation. General therapy equipment
• Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required: BLS. MN licensure. IA licensure would be a bonus but not required. There is a Rock Rapids location to offer additional hours.
• Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept: 25 beds, + outpatient department.

Housing Options Available

Without housing:

• $2686 weekly gross if committed to 36 hours
• $3406 weekly gross if committed to 48 hours

With housing:

• $2470 weekly gross with housing included (36 hrs)
• $3262 weekly gross with housing included (48 hrs)

Day shifts, no nights, or weekends. 36 hours. Can be a little flexible with schedule. General practice with wide variety of patient ages, and diagnoses. Mostly outpatient, occasional inpatient.
