Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Speech-Language Pathologist for a SNF assignment in Madison, Wisconsin. The role involves delivering clinical services to residents, addressing communication and swallowing disorders, and working with a multidisciplinary team.

The position is a 13-week travel assignment with typical 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. CFY completion with CCC from ASHA and active Wisconsin license are required, with potential BLS as needed.

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CFY completed and CCC from ASHA.
• Active State License to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Willing to travel to another local location per census.

• Must be open to travel to another local location depending on census
