Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based role in Silverdale, WA. The position is 37.5 hours per week in a PK-12 setting, onsite with optional hybrid arrangements, and travel stipends available for qualified travelers.

The role is full-time W2 with benefits, serving students from Pre-School to High School, with 50 caseload and start as soon as compliant. Compliance to start and district submission will be discussed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Active State License as an SLP through Department of Health.
• ESA Certification through Washington OSPI (Active or Initial/Conditional).
• CCC-SLP certification preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP) encouraged to apply.
• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required; practicum/internship considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
• Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable).
• Maintain therapy schedules and service logs.
• Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings.
• Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group).
• Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatics.
• Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate.

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP) are encouraged to apply.
• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required. Clinical internship or practicum experience in a school setting will be considered for Clinical Fellows.
• Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
