Job summary

Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Ontario, CA. This role provides 40 hours per week, day shifts, in a hospital setting, offering a dynamic clinical experience and travel opportunities.

You will assess communication and swallowing disorders, develop and implement treatment plans, collaborate with the care team, and educate patients and families on strategies to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CA licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' communication and swallowing needs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to improve speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Implement interventions in outpatient, acute care, and skilled nursing settings.
