Travel Speech Language Pathologist for an acute care setting in Montesano, WA. Position starts 06/01/2026 for 13 weeks at 40 hours per week (8 hour days).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and prevent speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Create individual treatment and therapy plans for diverse patient populations.
• Perform screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.
• Educate patients and families about speech disorders, disabilities, and traumatic events.
• Report progress and status to family members, teachers, or medical professionals.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience; new graduates encouraged. One year of experience is preferred.
• Valid BLS and ASHA‑SLP National Certification with state‑specific licensing.
• Ability to stand, walk for long periods, bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty.
