National Staffing Solutions-Therapy is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Dixon, Illinois. The role spans 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift, starting 02/01/2027, and includes Day One Medical Benefits.

The SLP will evaluate and treat students with language delays, support families, and coordinate with other disciplines to meet IEP goals while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in Speech Language Pathology.
• Completed Certificate of Clinical Competence.
• Current Speech-Language Pathology License / Licensure in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and recommend services for students with expressive and receptive language delays.
• Promote optimal function and engagement in meaningful activities.
• Collaborate with families and other disciplines to address goals and objectives per student IFSP/IEP.
• Maintain appropriate documentation of student services and needs per state/local requirements.

Daily Range of Responsibilities of the Speech Language Pathologist:

• Speech and Language Pathologists will evaluate, diagnose, treat, and recommend services for students experiencing delays with expressive and receptive language skills, articulation/phonology, fluency and oral motor.
• Speech and Language pathologists will promote optimal function and engagement in meaningful activities.
• They will provide support to families, and collaborate with other disciplines, as needed in order to address goals and objectives as indicated in each student's IFSP or IEP.
• In compliance with state and local requirements, each therapist will be responsible for maintaining appropriate documentation regarding student services and subsequent needs.

Job Qualifications for the Speech Language Pathologist:
