Overview

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a role in Palm Springs, California. This is a 13‑week assignment starting June 29 2026, with 40 hours per week in 10‑hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
• Set realistic and achievable goals for patients to develop or recover reliable communication and swallowing skills.
• Teach patients how to make sounds, improve their voices, increase oral or written language skills, and strengthen swallowing muscles or use compensatory strategies.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or actively pursuing licensure.
• At least one year of professional working experience.
• Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Current CPR certification.
• Possess CCCs.
• Other requirements determined by client facility.
