Job summary

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Speech-Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Campbell, Missouri.

The SLP will provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy, conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document care in compliance with facility guidelines and regulations. 40 hours per week, days shift.

Qualifications

• Must have an MS/MA in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state SLP license and CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility.
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy aimed at improving communication and swallowing functions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services in alignment with regulations and facility standards.
