Qualifications

• CFY completed and CCC from ASHA.
• Active State License is required to start the assignment; BLS may be required.

Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Experience with older adults and geriatric patients
• Experience with Net Health and PCC EMR systems
