Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a SNF assignment in Baker City, Oregon. The position requires 40 hours per week across a standard 8-hour shift, with travel to an inpatient/outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CFY completed with CCC from ASHA, and an active Oregon SLP license. BLS may be required. Experience with pediatric and adult therapies is essential.

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• CFY completed and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA).
• Active State License required to start assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Current State of Oregon SLP license required.
• BLS required.
• Experience with pediatric and adult therapy.
• Experience with inpatient and outpatient therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to pediatric and adult patients.
• Deliver inpatient and outpatient therapy within a travel assignment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and document progress.
