Focus Staff is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a contract assignment in Middletown, Rhode Island. The role includes evaluation and treatment across pediatric to adult patients, with a 13-week duration and 40-hour weeks.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, ASHA eligibility or certification, and at least two years of SLP experience. Strong communication and decision-making skills are essential.

• Minimum 2 years of SLP experience
• Must possess independent decision making skills.
• Excellent communication with staff, physicians, patients and families

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to maximize speech, language, cognitive and swallowing abilities.
• Communicate patient progress to supervisor and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements.
• Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standard and applicable state/federal laws.

Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Speech Language Pathologist to Provide speech therapy services to include evaluation and treatment to pediatric patients to older adults based on diagnosed conditions.
Contract Assignment – 13 Weeks (Temporary)
Shift: 5x8 Days
