Ideal candidates hold GA licensure and competencies in MBSS, dyspagia management, cognitive assessment, and stroke rehabilitation. Training on VITAL STIM, BIONESS, and PNEUVEST is included, with MEDITECH as the EMR.

Qualifications

• MBSS, dysphagia management, cognitive assessment and treatment are required.
• Stroke rehabilitation experience is preferred.
• GA license is required.

General Information

• Number of Beds - 28
• Number of Staff – Full time Therapy staff ( 4 PT and 1 PTA, 4 OT and 2 COTA, 2 Techs) PRN: 3 SLP and 25 PRN OT/PT staff
• Type of staff:
• Day Shift – NURSING ( DEPENDS ON CENSUS) 1 TO 2 PCT, 14 FULLTIME THERAPY STAFF
• Night Shift -
• Patient Ratios – PT AND OT: 4 TO 6 PER DAY. SLP : DEPENDS ON REFERRALS : 6 TO 8( 30 TO 45 MINUTES SESSIONS).
• Type of equipment – VITAL STIM, BIONESS, PNEUVEST. BITS VISUAL AND COGNITIVE PROGRAM
• EMR - MEDITECH
