TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Hearne, Texas. The position is a 40-hour week, with dayshift and 8-hour shifts, and involves travel staffing needs.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of experience (6 months may be considered for exceptional backgrounds), BLS, ASHA-SLP certification, and state licensure. This role offers pay packages based on 8-hour shifts and a tax-free stipend where applicable.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience required; 6 months may be considered for exceptional candidates.
• Must have BLS and ASHA-SLP National Certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and prevent speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Create treatment and therapy plans for diverse patients.
• Perform screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.
• Educate patients and families about speech disorders and causes.
• Report progress to families, teachers, or medical professionals.
• Provide documentation following state guidelines.
