Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Experience: 1 year in relevant setting
• Active AL license and BLS certification
• Work history with minimal gaps (<=30 days in last year)
• References: 1 reference required

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Deliver face-to-face therapy to patients in SNF settings and float between facilities.
• Document sessions and communicate progress with rehab team.
