Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in East Longmeadow, MA. This role offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a facility setting.

You will evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized therapy plans, document progress in the EMR, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license in MA or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current BLS certification.
• Master’s Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Experience welcome, new grads considered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and document progress in EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises.
• Maintain infection control and a safe treatment environment.
