Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Aurora, CO. The role offers 40 hours per week, a supportive clinical team, and comprehensive benefits.

You will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain detailed documentation in the EMR while enjoying a rewarding travel opportunity.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license in the state of Colorado or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• New grads welcome; applicable licenses or certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and caregivers.
• Document progress and maintain EMR records accurately.
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home exercises.
• Maintain safety and infection control during therapy sessions.
• Engage in quality assurance and ongoing professional development.
• Perform other duties within the scope of practice.
