Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for our Journey Traveler program. The role requires traveling nationwide for 13-week assignments to deliver speech-language pathology services across varied settings, guiding patient goals and treatment plans.

You will collaborate with the rehab team, supervise CFYs and students where permitted, document outcomes, and maintain high-quality patient care while adhering to ASHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communicative Disorders or related field.
• Licensed or eligible for ASHA certification and state licensure.
• Experience or strong interest in rehabilitation in varied settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services across diverse clinical settings.
• Supervise CFYs, students, and support personnel per licensure rules.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment plans and document progress timely.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to meet patient goals.
• Promote patient safety and maintain equipment and supplies.
• Assess, diagnose, and plan therapy for communication and swallowing disorders.
