Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy services from pediatric to older adult patients in San Antonio, TX.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program or ASHA-qualified.
• Must have independent decision making and excellent communication with staff and patients.
• At least 2 years of SLP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech, language, cognitive and swallowing therapy across age groups.
• Document patient progress and communicate with supervisor and team.
• Record care in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements.
• Adhere to company codes and state/federal laws.
