Job summary

Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week contract in Perris, California. The role entails delivering speech therapy services, from evaluation to treatment, across pediatric to older adult patients, with a 40-hour work week and 8-hour day shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Speech Language Pathologist
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA eligibility or certification requirements
• Excellent communication with staff, physicians, patients and families

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to pediatric through adult patients
• Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress
• Communicate patient progress to supervisor and care team; assist with scheduling and documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements
• Uphold the company Code of Conduct and applicable state/federal laws
