Job summary

Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy services in Mauston, Wisconsin. The role involves evaluation and treatment for pediatric to older adult patients based on diagnosed conditions.

Qualifications

• Master’s level program in SLP accredited by Education Standards Board or ASHA requirements.
• Proven experience as Speech Language Pathologist.
• Must possess independent decision making skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the staff, physicians, patients and families.
• Work Experience: At least 2 years of SLP experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services including evaluation and treatment to patients across the lifespan.
• Document patient care and communicate progress to supervisor and team.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements.
