Job summary

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in Laporte, Pennsylvania. You will provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, and collaboration with care teams. Must have MS/MA in SLP, CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility, and a valid state license to practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state SLP license and CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility.
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans.
• Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families.
• Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.
