This position emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, patient education, and adherence to healthcare regulations. RN licensure is required, with BSN preferred and BLS/ACLS as noted qualifications.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BSN preferred; associate degree with relevant experience may be considered.
• Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification may be preferred depending on the specialty area.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient health and vital signs, documenting observations accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Assist in performing diagnostic tests and interpreting results.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
