Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CF-SLP) for a school-based travel assignment in Fayetteville, NC. This full-time W2 role runs for 39 weeks (PK-5) with a 37.5-hour work week and in-person duties.

The ideal candidate has a Master's in SLP, NC licensure, DPI educator certification, and CCC-SLP is preferred. Prior school experience is a plus, with IEP experience and Medicaid billing knowledge advantageous.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active North Carolina SLP licensure.
• NC DPI Educator Certification.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• School-based experience preferred but not required; internship/practicum in a school setting considered.
• Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
• Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable).
• Maintain therapy schedules and service logs.
• Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings.
• Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group).
• Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication.
• Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate.
