Job summary

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in Newport, Arkansas. The role is a 13-week engagement with a 40-hour work week and a 9-hour daytime shift (08:00-16:00). The assignment includes a tax-free stipend and a travel pay package based on shifts.

The SLP will evaluate, plan, and deliver therapy under state and federal guidelines. The position emphasizes clinical care, documentation, and collaboration with facility teams to support patient communication

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state SLP license and CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility.
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans
• Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families
