Critical Connection, inc seeks a travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide skilled therapy in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Somerset, New Jersey. The position focuses on speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders with 1:1 patient care and daily documentation.

The role emphasizes medical complexity and interdisciplinary collaboration. CCC-SLP is preferred and CFY candidates are welcome; start date is targeted for early October with 13-week duration and guaranteed hours.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active (or pending) state SLP license.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat dysphagia, cognition, speech, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide 1:1 skilled therapy.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on care strategies.
• Document progress and outcomes accurately.

Education

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
