We are looking for someone passionate about the hospitality industry with strong existing knowledge of what it takes to be the most high-value-add concierge. This role will be working within our travel team, which is one of the world’s fastest-growing travel businesses. You will communicate with clients, suppliers, and fellow team members to provide best-in-class service to our members. You will curate special trips and ensure every detail is checked so that members have a stress-free travel experience and create memories that will last a lifetime.
General Responsibilities:
Provide high net worth individuals and clients with a variety of luxury travel services.
Curate trips from start to finish while providing best in-class recommendations, service, and quality of options.
Use Global Distribution System (GDS) and other online travel tools to book and communicate with suppliers.
Work with global suppliers to ensure clients receive the best rates, perks, and service in the market.
What we are looking for:
Passion for travel.
Strong knowledge of the travel industry.
Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
High level of intuition to anticipate and exceed client needs.
Flexible working hours - available to work on evenings and weekends.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
At least 1 year of experience coordinating travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
1+ year of Global Distribution System (GDS) or other online travel tools experience.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Remote (Regardless of Location): $64,700 - $73,900 for Richmond, VA: $64,700 - $73,900 for Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
