The 100 Collection™ seeks a creative Content Curator to bring travel and lifestyle destinations to life across social media. You will manage posting calendars, curate partner assets, and produce reels and short-form videos that align with brand standards.

We value trend-savvy, fast iteration, and an eye for aesthetics. Collaborate with marketing, brand, and partner teams to strategize content ideas even with limited raw assets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media for a brand or business.
• Strong command of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form content strategy.
• Hands-on video editing experience for social (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
• Ability to craft compelling content from limited existing assets.
• A sharp eye for aesthetics, visual storytelling, and travel/lifestyle branding.
• Familiarity with social analytics and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Produce reels, short-form videos, and static posts that align with brand standards.
• Curate assets from partner brands, creators, and destinations into cohesive, on-brand content.
• Develop creative concepts and story-driven video ideas — even when raw footage is limited.
• Build monthly content calendars and support seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor platform trends, audio trends, and algorithm shifts to keep content performing.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, and partner success teams on launches, promotions, and destination features.
• Identify opportunities for influencer partnerships, creator collabs, and UGC-style content.
