Job summary

Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a SNF assignment in Lawrence, Massachusetts. The PT will evaluate residents, create personalized treatment plans, and work with the care team to maximize independence.

Schedule is 40 hours per week with 8-hour day shifts. Active PT license in the state, Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, and preferred BLS certification; at least 1 year of SNF experience is recommended.

Qualifications

• Active license as a Physical Therapist in the applicable state.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• BLS certification is preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the care team to maximize functional abilities and independence.
• Document procedures and progress in the EMR.
• Educate residents and caregivers as appropriate.
• Supervise assistant-level staff when applicable.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and ensure regulatory standards are met.
