Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Provide professional physical therapy care to patients in SNF settings.
