Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Naugatuck, Connecticut. The position runs 40 hours per week in a Skilled Nursing Facility with a standard 8-hour shift, starting 10/12/2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Shift: 08:30–16:30; 40 hours per week.
