Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Provide physical therapy services to SNF patients in Effingham, IL.
• Support patient recovery from injuries and management of chronic conditions while on travel assignment.
• May float to other skilled nursing facilities as needed
