Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist License in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations.
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluations and goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and track patient progress.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure safety and infection control during therapy sessions and adjust plans as needed.
• Pursue quality assurance and professional development to stay current with best practices.
